3.3 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure; however, this may not apply to accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

Approved payment methods for depositing funds on vjx99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requested withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. vjx99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on vjx99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Conditions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳6,000 earns a ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times — this applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposited funds. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once — attempting to claim a bonus more than once by the same person may result in account closure.
• vjx99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus balance may be forfeited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account will be closed immediately.
